The service

DiscoverRoles helps you prepare and manage job applications: CV analysis and rewriting, job matching, application drafting, and tracking. We prepare applications from the information you provide; you are responsible for its accuracy.

Truthful information

You agree to provide truthful information in your CV and profile. Our AI will never add false information, and you may not use the platform to misrepresent your qualifications or experience.

Submissions

Where third-party platforms permit automated submission, we may submit approved applications on your behalf. Where they do not, we prepare application packs for you to submit yourself. Autopilot mode operates only with your explicit consent and within the guardrails described in the product. We are not responsible for hiring decisions made by employers.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly in ZAR via PayFast. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the paid period. Plan limits (CV uploads, applications per month) are enforced automatically.

Acceptable use

No misuse of the platform, including attempts to circumvent plan limits, scrape the service, or use it for anyone other than yourself without permission.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, DiscoverRoles is not liable for indirect damages, including loss of employment opportunities.
